J Balvin Says Sorry for Putting Women On Leashes in New 'Pera' Video
Who thought it was a good idea to post this?

In a now deleted music video, J Balvin was shown "walking" two Black Hispanic Woman on a leash
"I want to say sorry to whomever felt offended, especially to the black community," said Balvin on Instagram.
Throughout the video, other women were wearing dog ears and other animal-like features. Although it was the theme of the video the PR team probably didn't think this one through.
The song is still available for streaming
If you're interested in the song it is still available on streaming platforms. It features a Tokischa along with some questionable lyrics from J Balvin.
So Is He Canceled?
At the very least Balvin has put out an apology. But it is a red flag that he and his team thought this video would be a good idea to put this out in the first place. Only time will tell if people are willing to accept his apology.
